Member Meeting Sponsorship Details

The following options are available for sponsoring a GaPTA member meeting:

Option 1 – $1,000

Lunch Sponsor

Includes recognition on agenda at member meeting

Option 2 – $1,250

Option 1, plus table with promotional material

Includes recognition on agenda at member meeting and opportunity to setup a product promo table near the ext area to greet members after the meeting.

Option 3 – $1,500

Options 1 & 2, plus a 15 minute presentation to members

Includes recognition on agenda at member meeting and opportunity to setup a product promo table near the ext area to greet members after the meeting, and a 15-minute presentation during the meeting to promote your product / service.

Option 4 – $2,000

Options 1, 2, & 3, plus a post meeting email to members regarding your product and / or service (sent from GaPTA)

Includes recognition on agenda at member meeting and opportunity to setup a product promo table near the ext area to greet members after the meeting, and a 15-minute presentation during the meeting to promote your product / service, and an email sent to all members (from GaPTA) post- meeting to continue promoting your product / service (email will include your contact information).
